Warehouse Clerk - Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive daily shipments and maintain clear and accurate records
• Physically unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments
• Report shortages, reject damaged items, and process returns or credits
• Accurately match orders with packing slips
• Operate lift truck/hand trucks to move materials to designated areas
• Operate stretch wrap bander and PB crimp tools
• Make pickups and deliveries to suppliers using company truck/van

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Warehouse Specialist and Parts preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-volume warehouse
• Detail oriented, time management, organization, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and follow through
• Proficient computer skills and experience with tracking & shipping programs
• Personal dedication to work safety and accountability
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Acceptable driving record
