Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment including lift trucks, pallet jacks, and electric battery handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Utilize automated warehouse management software, inventory scanning, and management tools for accurate tracking
• Perform product transfer operations from packaging to production areas
• Load and unload trailers following all internal and external requirements
• Execute inventory control practices, including cycle counts of packaging and ingredients
• Complete warehouse receiving records and documentation accurately
• Maintain department environmental and housekeeping controls
• Adhere to all established GMPs, Food Safety requirements, and occupational health and safety procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer orders, inventory reports, and operating procedures
• Ability to lift up to 40-lbs unassisted frequently throughout the shift
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment involving noise, changing temperatures, and physical tasks like standing, walking, bending, and climbing
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
