Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities

• Perform physical picking and packing of orders for automation equipment and consumables
• Use automated and manual shipping systems such as UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post
• Organize and prepare equipment for transportation to customer or showcase sites
• Manage physical receiving of parts, materials, supplies, and equipment
• Process shipping and receiving paperwork through the ERP system
• Monitor and report on inventory levels of finished goods and consumables
• Coordinate transportation arrangements to ensure timely and economical delivery
• Provide occasional support to customer service teams regarding shipment tracking

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse and inventory management
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to support international clients
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends based on business needs
• Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor or similar warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experience with systems implementation
