Responsibilities

• Carry out incoming and outgoing goods inspections, verifying quantities, quality and documentation
• Pack, label and prepare shipments for dispatch according to handling and transport requirements
• Store goods systematically and maintain accurate stock placement for fast retrieval
• Process orders reliably and on schedule, coordinating with other departments
• Maintain order, cleanliness and safety standards across the warehouse area

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations (goods receipt, storage, and dispatch)
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Effective collaboration skills with logistics and shipping teams
• Physical ability to handle lifting and prolonged movement
• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP)
