Warehouse Clerk for Goods Receipt Booking

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receipt bookings for both large and small parts, including customs processing
• Manage goods receipt and processing of free and customs goods within Airbus IT systems (e.g., SAP) and warehouse IT systems
• Execute data entry and maintenance within the Warehouse Management System (WMS/PTS)
• Review and correct open booking processes as needed
• Label and prepare goods for transfer areas or conveyor systems
• Act as an internal point of contact for order processing and irregularities

Requirements

• Previous experience in the field of operational contract logistics
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken, minimum B2 level)
• Experience using IT and material management systems such as SAP or PTS
• Ability to work in a shift system
• Reliability, resilience, and a customer-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Training as a specialist for warehouse logistics or a commercial vocational qualification
• Knowledge of customs procedures and regulations
