Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and products, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
• Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations with proper labeling and organization.
• Pick and pack outgoing orders according to specifications to ensure shipment accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through manual and/or computerized systems.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in adherence to company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Proficiency in basic math and reading skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Puerto Rico.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
