Warehouse Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service through regular communication with onsite representatives
• Prepare shift schedules and work assignments in accordance with contract requirements
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment following safe operating policies
• Provide support with the training of new employees
• Order supplies, tools, and equipment and manage preventative maintenance programs
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Support with cleaning duties and manage radio communication

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role within the facility services industry
• Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, sustainable products, tools, and machinery
• Demonstrated people management, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and meet unforeseen demands
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology tools
• Ability to pass a Police Background Check
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for entire shifts, and climb stairs
