About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials, components, and finished products accurately.
- Ensure finished hose assemblies meet quality standards before shipment.
- Follow all safety standards and procedures when handling materials and operating warehouse vehicles.
- Organize products and materials in designated locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure order requirements are met.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Use laser etching equipment to mark components according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment following 5S standards.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation and order picking.
- Hands-on experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, and move materials safely.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet daily deadlines.
- Proficiency using digital tools, scanners, or systems to update inventory records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Previous experience with laser etching or product marking.
