Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, treat, store, transport, and dispose of hazardous waste
• Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment to move containers
• Load and unload trailers
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely in accordance with regulations
• Follow environmentally responsible and compliant practices, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk over uneven surfaces for extended periods
• Visual acuity and depth perception for reading labels and driving forklifts
• Ability to hear vehicle warning chimes and alarms
• Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled conditions
• Willingness to wear personal protection equipment including respirators and steel-toed shoes
• High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and respond to written and verbal English
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
