Warehouse Associate Union - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and pick merchandise from assigned slots, confirming correct quantity and unit of measure
• Load merchandise into appropriate trucks and prepare items for shipment on freight lines
• Drop merchandise into reserve or pick slots and repack loose merchandise for delivery
• Verify product quality, packaging, and adherence to vendor compliance policies
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds repeatedly throughout each shift
• Ability to pass a functional capacity test
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, stand, and twist for extended periods
• Ability to operate a Radio Frequency (RF) or Voice Pick device

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience (6 months preferred)
• Experience with material handling equipment or reach trucks
• Previous forklift certification
• Knowledge of SAP systems
