Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders from stock using work orders and requisitions
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, or code
• Complete inventory paperwork including shipping and receiving confirmations
• Ensure accuracy of store inventory and participate in cycle counting
• Label all orders and back stock clearly
• Load and unload customer vehicles and process incoming freight trucks
• Operate equipment such as forklifts to move inventory
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Enter records into the computer system

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to read and write in English
• Forklift certification or willingness to be certified
• Ability to manually move and lift 50lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work Saturdays on a 5 day work week schedule
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Knowledge of proper safety measures
