Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer or production orders for manufacturing or shipment
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Perform regular cycle counts and support inventory audits
• Label and store products according to FIFO, safety, and quality standards
• Use warehouse management systems to track and record inventory movements
• Assist with shipping documentation and labeling

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution
• Experience using WMS platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials up to 50 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Solid understanding of inventory control and order fulfillment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification is an asset
