About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, labeling, storage, and organization of raw materials and finished products
- Support daily, weekly, and seasonal cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Record inventory movements in Monday Board and related tracking tools
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production or outbound shipping
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use proper PPE
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to use ladders and small warehouse equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory-related experience
- Experience with ERP systems or Monday software
- Experience in receiving, counting, and stocking materials
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) capability
