Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, labeling, storage, and organization of raw materials and finished products
• Support daily, weekly, and seasonal cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Record inventory movements in Monday Board and related tracking tools
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production or outbound shipping
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use proper PPE

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to use ladders and small warehouse equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory-related experience
• Experience with ERP systems or Monday software
• Experience in receiving, counting, and stocking materials
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) capability
