Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to support order fulfillment
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading, returns, and sorting
• Inspect products for damage and verify quantities to ensure quality standards
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and maintain accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced, physical environment

Requirements

• Ability to lift 10–55 lbs regularly
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–12 hours)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with temperature variations (25°F–105°F)
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus
