Warehouse Associate – Pick, Pack, Ship

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load, and unload shipments, including necessary documentation and inspections
• Process materials with high attention to detail, checking for damage and processing discrepancies
• Perform final inspections using tape measures, calipers, or other measuring devices
• Package products for shipping via UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers
• Deliver material to stock locations and assist with cycle count inventory
• Use hand tools to cut, package, and secure products for shipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a Material Handler, Order Picking/Packing, or Warehouse role
• Mathematical proficiency to convert fractions to decimals, calculate circumference, and understand unit conversions
• Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to use a rolling ladder and climb up to 18 feet to pick product

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification
