Warehouse Associate (Outbound)

Responsibilities

• Select stock efficiently to fulfill outbound orders received from stores
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts
• Inspect products and notify management regarding quality, safety, or sanitation concerns
• Operate powered industrial equipment following all safety guidelines
• Follow ergonomic programs and company policies to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods
