Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Utilize a finger scanner and WMS interface to accurately locate and select products in refrigerated storage
• Safely pack selected items considering temperature-sensitive requirements
• Ensure picked items match customer orders and meet quality standards
• Conduct regular quality checks for damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets
• Verify and maintain inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE in a food-based environment
• Maintain functional knowledge of all production line areas including box building and prepping

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience working in a food-based environment
