Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Utilize finger scanner and WMS to locate and select products in refrigerated storage
• Pack items with temperature-sensitive requirements and quality standards
• Conduct quality checks for damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues
• Verify and maintain inventory levels, communicating with teams for replenishment
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE guidelines in a food-based environment
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and complete safety training

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
• Ability to thrive in repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working in a food-based environment
