Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Utilize finger scanner and WMS interface to locate and select products in refrigerated storage
• Safely pack items into appropriate packaging with attention to temperature-sensitive requirements
• Ensure picked items match customer orders and meet quality standards
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets
• Verify and maintain inventory levels, communicating with teams for timely replenishment
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE guidelines in a food-based, refrigerated environment
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete assigned safety training

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working in a food-based environment
