Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Utilize finger scanners and WMS to locate and select products in refrigerated storage areas
• Safely pack selected items into appropriate packaging considering temperature-sensitive requirements
• Ensure picked items match customer orders and meet quality standards
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues
• Verify and maintain inventory levels within your bay and communicate with teams for replenishment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE guidelines in a food-based, refrigerated environment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace and complete assigned safety training

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working in a food-based environment
