Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately fill customer orders, including staging and shipping material
• Receive incoming material from vendors and customers, verifying quantities against packing lists
• Stock incoming orders in designated areas and report any freight damage
• Process shipment paperwork, including labeling and following specific customer instructions
• Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, reach trucks, and wire cutting machines
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by following all safety protocols and SOPs
• Load company vehicles and common carrier trucks

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong mathematical calculation skills for accurate task completion
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Certification to operate a forklift, hand truck, or pallet jack
• General knowledge of electrical products
