Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Support DTC ecommerce fulfillment and retail store transfer orders
• Assist with inbound receiving, putaway, and inventory replenishment
• Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce, wholesale, retail, and internal orders accurately and efficiently
• Process customer returns, inspect merchandise, and restock inventory
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and quality control standards

Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or operations experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must be based in or willing to move to Los Angeles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons and major launches

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Shopify, ShipHero, ShipStation, or similar systems
• Experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goods environments
