About the role
Responsibilities
- Unload incoming freight and verify products against packing lists
- Sort material by destination and put away excess stock
- Use fork trucks and order picking equipment
- Load outbound transfer trucks
- Accurately pull customer orders and prepare material for shipment
- Secure and label products for delivery
- Transfer picked orders to staging areas
- Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 75lbs
- Ability to operate a forklift (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safe working practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience
