Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by processing incoming goods and ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards using SAP and ERP software
• Safely handle biohazard products including blood bags and viral vectors following strict repackaging and labeling protocols
• Work with materials stored at cryogenic temperatures (LN2, dry ice) using appropriate PPE and safety procedures
• Maintain detailed logs to comply with GMP and GDP standards in a pharmaceutical environment
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production and timely material delivery
• Operate in a sterile environment following strict cleanliness protocols and wearing specific protective clothing
• Participate in continuous training and assist in refining SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
• Support the procurement process by maintaining files and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements

• Secondary education diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Management
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of Dutch
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment is a plus, though extensive internal training is provided
