Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Process inventory receipts and ensure compliance with purchase orders and quality standards using SAP and ERP software
• Safely manage biohazard products including blood bags and viral vectors following strict protocols
• Operate with materials stored at cryogenic temperatures (LN2, dry ice) using appropriate PPE
• Maintain detailed logs to meet GMP and GDP standards in a pharmaceutical environment
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth production and timely material delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and wear dedicated protective gear in a sterile work environment
• Assist with procurement, record maintenance, and issue resolution
• Engage in ongoing training and help refine SOPs and work instructions

Requirements

• Secondary education diploma or bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Management)
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment
• Experience with SAP or ERP software
