Warehouse Associate Intern

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders
• Lead an inventory accuracy improvement project to reduce discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Perform cycle counts on selected SKUs
• Identify root causes of mismatches including mis-picks, mislabels, and system delays
• Propose process fixes such as better labeling and scanning checks
• Develop skills in data analysis, attention to detail, and process improvement

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Degree or focus in supply chain logistics or related field preferred
• Self-starter attitude ready to help on projects
• Critical thinking to assess problems before executing solutions
• Willingness to learn and rotate between projects and teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a warehouse setting
