Responsibilities

• Prep hardware for deployment, including configuring devices and running firmware updates
• Process returned hardware (RMA) and flag defective units
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and monthly physical audits
• Receive and reconcile incoming stock against purchase orders
• Fulfill and ship orders by picking, packing, and preparing shipping documentation
• Maintain documentation and inventory records in Excel and internal systems
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and dependable team player
• Ability to work on your feet and lift/handle hardware
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset
• Basic computer skills, specifically with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or logistics
• Exposure to hardware, electronics, or device configuration
• Familiarity with inventory management or order systems
