Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming materials and inventory
• Pick, pack, and scan orders accurately for pickup and delivery
• Process orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including palletizing, labeling, and shrink-wrapping
• Communicate quality and inventory issues to supervisors
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment
• Adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures to ensure peer-to-peer accountability
• Partner with management to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift, lower, and carry objects up to 30 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and stand for the entire shift on concrete surfaces
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Availability to work overtime as required to support business needs
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing
