Warehouse Associate III

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor warehouse activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure safe and efficient material movement for production and distribution
• Manage SAP transactions in a timely manner to support accurate inventory management
• Organize shift workloads based on production schedules and communicate staging reports
• Maintain a safe operating environment and report EHS incidents through the proper systems
• Conduct new employee training, coaching, and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate cycle counts and lead inventory investigations to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform shift handover meetings and complete all required GMP documentation

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or transportation
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating with an ERP/SAP system for inventory control
• Strong pharmaceutical cGMP background
• Valid Fork Lift Certification
• High School diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma
• Experience with integrated MRP/ERP systems with RF capabilities
