Warehouse Associate III

Responsibilities

• Support inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations to ensure seamless material flow
• Operate various Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, including Turret and Man-Up, to pick, transport, and put away materials
• Verify material integrity, quantities, and part identities against documentation
• Prepare and stage parts for subsequent processing stages
• Pack customer orders securely using established standard work instructions and correct labeling
• Serve as a lead trainer for area processes and PIT operation using documented Workplace Instructions (WPIs)
• Maintain accurate records for receiving, stock management, inventory, and shipping
• Act as a proxy for the Warehouse Team Lead when necessary

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in operating Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment
• Proficiency with RF Scanners and computer terminals for inventory management
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or vocational education
• Previous experience in a training or mentorship role
