Warehouse Associate II

Responsibilities

• Perform material receipt, including label generation and documentation review
• Provide Packaging & Processing departments with required packaging components and chemical raw materials
• Perform sampling of packaging components according to SOP requirements for the quality lab
• Use forklifts to locate materials in standard racking, pushback racking, and floor storage
• Move and wrap completed pallets of finished goods
• Execute Goods Movement Functions (GMFs) within the ERP system
• Coordinate activities with other departments and external carriers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a regulated environment
• Valid forklift license (narrow aisle high reach and counterbalance dock truck)
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs and roll containers up to 300 lbs
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and interpreting safety and operating manuals)
• Strong digital literacy with experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP)
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous training in the transportation of Dangerous Goods
• Experience working in a Consumer Goods or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
