Warehouse Associate II

Responsibilities

• Gather, package, and prepare products according to weekly sales orders
• Operate forklifts, stackers, and other material handling equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized food and non-food storage areas
• Conduct cycle counts and update daily inventory levels
• Coordinate with production management to reduce schedule deviations
• Identify quality issues with incoming products and ensure compliance
• Prepare shipping documents and manage pallet locations
• Ensure compliance with OH&S acts and regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in food processing, manufacturing, or service industry
• Forklift certification (Dock stocker and Reach truck)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for prolonged periods
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Apps
• Experience with inventory management and control
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C)
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays
