Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify the root cause of inventory discrepancies
• Ensure materials are received in the correct locations
• Participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts
• Work with Pharmacy/Production staff to ensure FIFO is enforced
• Notify the Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor of shortages or problems impacting product availability
• Ensure all activities comply with corporate and site policies
• Notify the Warehouse Supervisor of any defects related to purchased goods
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong critical thinking skills and high ethical standards
• Team player mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong computer skills in database management and documentation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Understanding of planning policies and procedures
