Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, label, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Examine incoming shipments for damages and label items accordingly
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts
• Review, inspect, and process returned customer orders
• Create invoices and act as a liaison between warehouse staff and customers
• Operate stock management tools, including forklifts
• Organize warehouse space and adhere to health, safety, and quality standards
• Train associates on safety procedures and meet regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Forklift Certification
• Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift 50+ lbs without assistance
• Good math skills
• Proven warehouse experience with knowledge of logistics and transportation
• Strong work ethic and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management systems
• Experience in customer service roles
