Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving tasks including unloading pallets and cases using pallet jacks
• Accurately count and verify products using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology
• Execute picking duties by selecting products and placing them into totes
• Manage sortation by moving cartons and totes from conveyor belts to pallets or carts
• Load trucks correctly using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accurate customer delivery
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while performing inventory tasks

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependability and regular, punctual attendance
• Willingness to learn new material handling equipment and WMS technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center
• Warehouse or Operations certification
