Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving duties by unloading pallets and cases using pallet jacks and verifying products with RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology.
• Execute picking tasks by selecting products and quantities as directed and placing items into totes.
• Manage sortation by preparing pallets and carts and moving cartons from conveyor belts to assigned batches.
• Handle loading operations using RF scanners to ensure correct placement of totes, pallets, and carts onto delivery trucks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct physical inventories and perform basic math calculations to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually or more during team lifts.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete warehouse floors for long periods.
• Proficiency in English to operate voice-pick technology and communicate effectively.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Flexibility to work unscheduled overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Warehouse or operations certification.
