Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers manually using pallet jacks
• Accurately count, verify, and receive product using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology
• Select products and quantities for picking and place items into totes
• Prepare sortation areas by setting up pallets and carts for product
• Load totes, pallets, and carts onto trucks for customer delivery using RF scanners
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety policies and procedures
• Perform bin replenishment and move product to ensure efficient processing

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Dependability and regular punctual attendance
• Willingness to learn new material handling equipment and WMS technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Warehouse or Operations certification
