Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers manually using pallet jacks
• Accurately count, verify, and receive product using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology
• Select products and quantities as directed and place items into totes
• Prepare sortation areas by setting up pallets and carts for product
• Move cartons and totes from conveyor belts to pallets or carts according to assigned batches
• Use RF scanners to ensure totes, pallets, and carts are loaded correctly onto trucks
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while performing physical inventories

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually or more during team lifts
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods
• Ability to squat, kneel, and move up and down multi-level stairways safely
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to communicate clearly in English to operate voice-pick technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center
• Warehouse or Operations certification
