Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving duties by unloading pallets and cases from inbound trailers using pallet jacks
• Accurately count, verify, and receive products using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology
• Execute picking tasks by selecting products and quantities as directed and placing them into totes
• Manage sortation by moving cartons and totes from conveyor belts to assigned pallets or carts
• Ensure correct loading of totes, pallets, and carts onto trucks for customer delivery using RF scanners
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while performing physical inventories as required

Requirements

• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or oral instructions
• Ability to lift and move products in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability and a commitment to regular, punctual attendance
• Willingness to learn new material handling equipment and WMS technology
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center
• Warehouse or operations certification
