Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations including receiving, picking, and loading using material handling equipment (MHE) and RF technology.
• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers using manual or motorized pallet jacks, forklifts, and standing reach trucks.
• Accurately count, verify, and receive products using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology.
• Move products to storage locations and replenish pick locations using stock pickers or forklifts.
• Select bulk items from warehouse racking, including picking items at heights up to 35 feet.
• Build pallets and prepare them for shipping or sortation.
• Load totes, pallets, and carts onto trucks for customer delivery using RF scanners and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to all safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependability and regular, punctual attendance.
• Willingness to learn new material handling equipment and WMS technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Warehouse or Operations certification.
