Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers manually using a pallet jack
• Accurately count, verify, and receive product using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology
• Place received products on shelves and rotate stock using FEFO/FIFO procedures
• Replenish products from the main warehouse into picking modules
• Pick, pack, sort, and load outbound products according to customer specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Conduct physical inventories and perform basic math calculations for inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Dependability and regular, punctual attendance
• Willingness to learn new material handling equipment and WMS technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center
• Warehouse or Operations certification
