Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving duties by unloading pallets and cases using pallet jacks and verifying products with RF equipment.
• Execute picking tasks by selecting products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology or RF scanners.
• Manage sortation by preparing pallets and carts and moving cartons from conveyor belts to assigned batches.
• Handle loading operations to ensure totes, pallets, and carts are correctly placed on trucks for delivery.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct physical inventories and perform basic math calculations to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Basic math, reading, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually or more during team lifts.
• Ability to squat, kneel, and safely use ladders or stools.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Warehouse or operations certification.
