Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers manually using a pallet jack
• Accurately count, verify, and receive product using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology
• Select products and quantities as directed and place items into totes for conveyor transport
• Prepare sortation areas by setting up pallets and carts for product
• Move cartons and totes from conveyor belts to pallets or carts according to assigned batches
• Use RF scanners to ensure totes, pallets, and carts are loaded correctly onto outbound trucks
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety policies and procedures
• Perform basic math calculations and maintain productivity and quality standards

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete warehouse floors for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually or greater than 50 lbs. in a team lift
• Ability to squat, kneel, and safely use a step ladder or stool
• English fluency to clearly communicate and operate voice-pick technology
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Warehouse or Operations certification
