Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator I

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners and labor management systems
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following standard operating procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members to support a team-oriented environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and participate in housekeeping efforts
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including the proper use of PPE

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching for extended periods
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM start time)
• Ability to work overtime and extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Regular and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving
• Experience with or readiness to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners
