Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding warehouse duties including repetitive processes and moderate to heavy lifting
• Operate power vehicles such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers up to a height of 24 feet
• Manage pallet removal from warehouse racking and floors to trailers
• Prepare and stage returnable containers for use
• Utilize Voice Directed Picking Equipment to ensure accuracy
• Maintain safety, quality, and 5S cleaning standards within the work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and throughput goals

Requirements

• Proven experience operating PIV equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, or Order Picker)
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive bending, stooping, and twisting
• Ability to stand on concrete for the entire duration of a shift
• Capability for repetitive hand manipulation, grasping, and supporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive or trucking manufacturing/distribution environment
• High School Diploma, GED, or additional college education

Benefits
