Warehouse Associate - Cylinder Processor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cylinder production process, from receiving empty cylinders to preparing filled cylinders for shipment
• Sort and inspect cylinders through visual, physical, and odor checks to determine repair or requalification needs
• Fill cylinders with various compressed gases and liquids following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain accurate quality control documentation to meet company and regulatory standards
• Load and ship cylinders on trailers, including preparing shipping paperwork and safe handling
• Perform cylinder maintenance tasks such as shot blasting, de-valving, valving, and valve repairs
• Paint and label cylinders as required and use gas analyzers for basic sampling and testing
• Consistently meet all established safety, productivity, and quality standards

Requirements

• High-school graduate or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a plant or distribution environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with forklift operation
