Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee storage, organization, and staging of raw ingredients and packaging
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and month-end reconciliation
• Ensure production is fully stocked with required materials for each shift
• Receive and label incoming materials and record lot numbers for traceability
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely
• Support shipping and receiving by palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and verifying shipments
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices and ensure food safety/quality standards are met
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to use inventory software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing
• 2 years of manufacturing experience
