Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship materials and products to meet customer demands
• Safely transport incoming and outgoing materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand dollies
• Conduct quality inspections on materials to ensure they meet established standards
• Sort and organize inventory on racks, shelves, or bins following procedures
• Process shipping documentation, affix labels, and palletize orders based on specifications
• Load and unload delivery trucks and reconcile incoming deliveries
• Perform regular physical inventory counts and quarterly cycle counts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and participate in safety initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 6 months of relevant experience in a warehouse environment
• Proven experience with forklift operation
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing 25 to 60 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience handling export shipments
