About the role
Responsibilities
- Packaging and labeling material for loading and distribution
- Responsible for quality control of finished products
- Working with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and screw guns
- Using measuring gauges and tape measures
- Communicating with team members to ensure continuous production
- Maintaining housekeeping and sanitation
Requirements
- Physical stamina and strength
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis
- Ability to follow standardized work and safe work practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a warehouse environment picking and pulling material
- Experience with forklifts
