Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving POs and organizing stock
• Update inventory systems and perform routine cycle counts
• Pull inventory for manufacturing work orders and issue stock for production
• Pack orders and create shipping labels while maintaining schedules
• Troubleshoot shipping and customer issues regarding routes, delays, and rush orders
• Analyze warehouse layout and shipping costs to implement process improvements
• Maintain organized shipping records including statements of origin and costs
• Liaise with Production Manager regarding product ordering and storage
• Maintain a clean work area and align performance with KPI goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of receiving and warehouse experience
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to problem-solve unique issues with high attention to detail
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
